Jeff's skills lie in managing organisational change and improving processes and procedures for large and medium sized corporations. He has managed business change programmes for organisations with budgets of GBP200m and realised benefits of GBP1.5m per year.
Prior to his role in business change, he managed IT software development projects with budgets over GBP10m and project teams of over 30 people doing design, development and support work. He has managed all phases of the project lifecycle from the development of business requirements, design of software applications, delivery of computer systems, support of operational environments and closure of projects at the end of their useful life.
He has led bid teams on opportunities of GBP10m and worked on the qualification of customer opportunities and sales briefs.
